Shipping & Cancellation Policy
We try to ship your order in the most economical, reliable and fastest method possible which means we use a variety of carriers and mail classes depending on your order and your location.
All in-stock products are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Manufactured products are usually shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
Custom orders are usually shipped within 14 to 21 business days.
Most products are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL depending on size with some large items shipped by private freight.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Where’s My Order?
Once tracking details have been provided that means your order has been processed and shipped. It has left our Brooklyn, NY facility. Tracking details usually appear in the shipper’s database within 72 hours and generally provide point-in-time tracking meaning your order location is updated as it is scans and gets closer to you.
USPS and DHL do not guarantee point-in time tracking and may not update until it is delivered. Most orders shipped via USPS should arrive within 7-10 business days on the West Coast and even sooner on the East.

What If It Is Damaged?
Uh oh, it happens please contact us and let’s see what we can do to get you a replacement order.
Orders are processed within 2-4 hours of receipt of the order. Once processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
